利用規約
第1条（適用）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、株式会社錦彩出版（以下「当社」といいます。）が運営する「月刊錦鯉WEB」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条（アカウントによる登録）
1. 利用者は、外部サービス（例：Facebook、Google、その他の認証サービス）のアカウントを利用して本サービスに登録することができます。
2. 当社は、これら外部サービスが提供する認証システムを利用しており、利用者のパスワードを取得することはありません。
3. 当社が外部サービスを通じて取得する情報は、利用者の「氏名」および「メールアドレス」に限られます。
第3条（利用目的）
当社は、取得した氏名およびメールアドレスを、以下の目的で利用します。
・会員登録および会員管理のため
・本人確認のため
・利用者への連絡および通知のため
第4条（禁止事項）
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
・法令または公序良俗に反する行為
・他の利用者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
・不正アクセスや虚偽の情報提供など、本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
第5条（免責事項）
1. 外部サービスのシステム障害、仕様変更、規約変更等により、アカウントによる登録またはログインが利用できない場合、当社はその責任を負いません。
2. 本サービスの利用に関連して利用者に生じた損害について、当社に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
第6条（規約の変更）
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。改定後の内容は本サービス上に掲示し、公表時から効力を生じるものとします。
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) define the conditions for using the “Monthly Nishikigoi WEB” service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) operated by Kinsai Publishing Co., Ltd.
