プライバシーポリシー
株式会社錦彩出版（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供する「月刊錦鯉WEB」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）において、利用者の個人情報を以下の方針に基づき適切に取り扱います。
第1条（取得する情報）
当社は、利用者が外部サービス（例：Google、Facebook、その他の認証サービス）のアカウントを利用して会員登録またはログインを行う場合、各外部サービスを通じて以下の情報を取得します。
・氏名
・メールアドレス
当社は、Google OAuth認証を利用してログイン機能を提供しており、取得する情報は認証に必要な最小限の範囲（氏名・メールアドレス）のみに限定されます。当社は、利用者のパスワードやカレンダー、連絡先、ドライブ等のその他のGoogleユーザーデータには一切アクセスいたしません。
第2条（利用目的）
当社は、取得した個人情報を以下の目的に限り利用します。
・会員登録および会員管理のため
・本人確認のため
・利用者への連絡および通知のため
第3条（第三者提供）
当社は、利用者の同意がある場合または法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
第4条（個人情報の管理・保存・保護）
当社は、取得した個人情報について、漏洩・紛失・改ざん・不正利用を防止するため、暗号化通信やアクセス制限などの適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
個人情報は日本国内の安全なサーバーに保管し、利用者が会員である間および退会後3年間を上限として保持します。保持期間経過後は速やかに削除いたします。
退会や削除依頼を受けた場合は、合理的な期間内に速やかに削除を行います。
第5条（外部サービスとの関係）
当社は、Google、Facebook、その他の外部サービスの提供者と提携・代理関係にあるものではありません。
利用者は、本サービスのプライバシーポリシーに加え、各外部サービス（例：Googleアカウント）の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーにも従う必要があります。
外部サービスのシステム障害、仕様変更、規約変更等により、アカウントによる登録またはログインが利用できない場合、当社はその責任を負いません。
第6条（個人情報の開示・訂正・削除）
利用者は、当社に対し、自己の個人情報の開示、訂正、追加または削除を求めることができます。削除を希望する場合は、第8条に定める窓口までご連絡ください。
当社は、法令に従い合理的な範囲で速やかに対応します。
第7条（クッキー等の利用）
本サービスでは、利便性向上や利用状況の把握のため、クッキーやアクセス解析ツール（例：Google Analytics）を使用する場合があります。これらによって収集される情報には、個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。
利用者はブラウザの設定によりクッキーを無効化できますが、その場合、一部機能が利用できなくなる可能性があります。

第9条（改定）
当社は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを改定することがあります。改定内容は本サービス上に掲示し、公表時から効力を生じるものとします。
Nishisai Publishing Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) appropriately handles users’ personal information based on the following policy for the “Monthly Nishikigoi WEB” service (“the Service”).
Article 1 (Information Collected)
When users register or log in using external services (e.g., Google, Facebook, or other authentication services), the Company obtains the following information through those services:
・Name
・Email address
The Company uses Google OAuth authentication to provide login functionality and limits the information collected to the minimum necessary (name and email address). The Company does not access users’ passwords, calendars, contacts, Google Drive, or any other Google user data.
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
The Company uses the collected personal information solely for the following purposes:
・Membership registration and management
・Identity verification
・Communication and notifications to users
Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company will not provide personal information to any third party except with the user’s consent or as required by law.
Article 4 (Management, Storage, and Protection of Personal Information)
The Company implements appropriate security measures, including encryption and access control, to prevent leakage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized use of personal information.
Personal information is stored on secure servers in Japan and retained while the user is a member, and for up to three years after withdrawal, after which it is promptly deleted.
When a user requests deletion, the Company will delete the data promptly within a reasonable period.
Article 5 (Relationship with External Services)
The Company is not affiliated with or an agent of Google, Facebook, or any other external service providers.
Users must comply not only with this Privacy Policy but also with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of external services (e.g., Google Account).
The Company shall not be responsible if registration or login becomes unavailable due to system failures, specification changes, or policy revisions by external services.
Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information)
Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information. To request deletion, please contact the office specified in Article 8.
The Company will respond promptly within a reasonable scope in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 7 (Use of Cookies)
The Service may use cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve convenience and understand usage. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information.
Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, but doing so may affect certain features.

本公司与 Google、Facebook 或其他外部服务提供者不存在合作或代理关系。
用户除遵守本服务的隐私政策外，还需遵守各外部服务（如 Google 帐号）的使用条款及隐私政策。
若因外部服务的系统故障、规格变更或政策调整导致无法注册或登录，本公司概不负责。
第六条（个人信息的公开、修改与删除）
用户可要求本公司公开、修改、补充或删除其个人信息。如需删除，请联系第八条所述窗口。
本公司将依据法律在合理范围内及时响应。
第七条（Cookie 的使用）
为提升用户体验并了解使用情况，本服务可能使用 Cookie 或访问分析工具（如 Google Analytics）。这些工具不会收集可识别个人身份的信息。
